Hotline and Technical Support

Just have a quick question? Need some comments and instructions from an expert? The RMN Hotline is ready for your call. At RMN, phone support is handled by our own professionals, not an outsourced call center. You can directly reach representatives who will quickly take your order and answer basic product questions. Audiology & medical support staff are also available via phone to reply your questions on Hearing aid, electrophysiology, Audiometry, VNG, Noise protections, medical devices…. Online Support

A picture’s worth a thousand words — and a live picture can be worth even more. If you’d benefit from seeing an installation or fitting procedure in action, our Audiology Support team can help.

Online Support supplements our phone support by showing as well as explaining a procedure or topic. Simply call the RMN Hotline and ask for an audiology or medical Support Representative.

With your permission, our support representative can remotely access your computer to assist with software installation or help you with a patient session. We can even give impromptu presentations, right on your own computer screen, at your own convenience.

Viewing information or demos with Online Support is easy; we’ll take you through every step. You can call the RMN Hotline at any time for spur-of-the-moment assistance, or set up an appointment for a time that’s convenient for you. Our RMN support representatives can get you quickly set up if you’ve never used our Online Support before.

Training

The pace of technology improvements makes hearing instruments, audiology and medical devices better all the time. It also makes it hard to stay on top of what’s new. RMN training can keep you informed and at the peak of your game — and do it in the way that works best for you.

Besides our Phone Hotline and assistance through Online Support, RMN offers several ways to get in-depth training. These options are a great way to become familiar with a new technology, introduce a new product line to your offerings, or refresh the skills and knowledge of your entire staff. You can choose from these helpful Training methods:

E-Learning

RMN posts a tremendous range of ready-made learning courses on its training site, Telegram channel and YouTube. Audiologists, hearing professionals, audiology students or end-users can access free RMN product introductions, training videos, webinars, and more. These training courses are a great way to see and hear from RMN directly, while viewing at your own convenience.

Live Online Training

RMN Online Support can be a lifesaver when you need to see a procedure in action. An Audiology Support Representative can remotely access your computer and walk you through a specific issue you’re having with a product. Screen-to-screen sharing is a great way to see “live” presentations.

Online Support may also be arranged for general training. You can remotely view a live training session from your office. On-site Training

If you’d like to involve your staff or a larger group, RMN professionals can come to you or your staff come to RMN training head quarter in Tehran. Training in our or your office offers the advantage of personal interaction, plus you’ll be using the equipment and resources you’re already familiar with.
